Westcountry Case Management provides a service to both adults and children who have a brain injury or physical injury and who may also have psychological difficulties.
We work with people with very complex difficulties plus those with more moderate needs, to ensure that each individual can establish a lifestyle as near as possible to the life they would have achieved were it not for their difficulties.
