About Westcountry Case Management
Westcountry Case Management offers a case management service, throughout the South West region of the United Kingdom, for adults and children who have sustained minor to severe brain injury, or who have complex physical / psychological needs due to neurological and/or psychological impairments.
Our referrals come from a variety of sources, including solicitors, insurers and relatives.
All case managers working for Westcountry Case Management have considerable experience and expertise working in the field of brain injury and / or complex physical or mental health problems within residential, rehabilitation and community settings.
We ensure that once a referral has been made, the case manager appointed has experience in working with clients with the referred person's needs and disability.
Our case managers are members of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) and the Case Management Society of the United Kingdom (CMS UK)
We are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and are therefore able to assist clients with recruitment of their own support workers. We provide ongoing support with employment issues including training, supervision and appraisal of staff.
