Office Support

Wendy Keates, the Office / HR Manager, manages work flow and ensures the smooth running of administrative support systems to enable case managers to complete tasks within established timescales.

Wendy also provides specialist support to case managers in the recruitment and management of the growing numbers of support staff employed by WCM clients.

Wendy has been working with Westcountry Case Management since 2004. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI).

Our main office is based in Bishopsteignton in Devon
