We have established an excellent reputation for successfully helping clients with both complex and moderate needs.

Our clients range from age 5 – 85 years old and their injuries are as a result of a variety of incidents including:

• Birth incidents
• Work injuries
• Road traffic collisions
• Non-accidental injuries

Our clients have a variety of physical, cognitive and psychological difficulties including difficulties:

• Moving their bodies to undertake everyday activities and care for themselves
• Managing pain and fatigue
• Thinking things through, to plan and undertake everyday activities
• Coping with other people, including their families and carers
• Engaging with the community & activities outside of their immediate
• Maintaining their education or work, or finding new & meaningful replacement activities

Our clients may be referred via their solicitor, Deputy or a family member.  People may be referred at various stages of the legal process and we are able to support them through this often difficult time.  We aim to build up a strong effective professional relationship with each client and we are pleased to say that over half of our clients continue to find our case management services invaluable even after their case has settled.
