Westcountry Case Management is an established specialist service with expertise that has been built up since 1991.

We have a proven track record of working with adults and children who have complex and sometimes challenging needs. We also provide a service for clients with more moderate problems who may require less intensive support.

Our main office is based in South Devon where a team of administration and HR staff support over 25 professionals who provide case management for clients on an individual needs led basis.

We are a personable company who put the needs of our clients first. Whether you are dealing directly with individual case managers or office staff we ensure that the service we provide is efficient and meets your individual needs.

• The Health Professionals who work with us as case managers are chosen for their wealth of clinical expertise and communication skills.
• We have a good awareness of the medico legal system and work with solicitors and insurers. We can attend court as a witness of fact.
• Each case manager will have local knowledge of appropriate services.
• We are registered with the CQC which enables us to assist clients recruit their own support workers. We have a training officer for support staff and ensure that workers receive client specific training have a good understanding of the clients needs.

Claire Booth

Our Director, Claire Booth, is an Occupational Therapist who has worked with clients with traumatic brain injury and complex disability since 1987. She originally established Claire Booth Case Management and her professional reputation for effective and committed case management quickly grew. Claire established Westcountry Case Management in 2001 and has attracted a team of professionals in response to the growing demand for Westcountry Case Management services. Claire believes in providing a high quality, personal, specialist service and takes a very active role in managing the company to ensure standards are maintained.
